Washington LCD Flat Panel Settlement
IMPORTANT UPDATE: SETTLEMENT PROCEEDS FROM THIS SETTLEMENT HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED. PLEASE CONTACT MCAG IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR SETTLEMENT CHECK.
The Washington LCD Flat Panel Antitrust Settlement has funds of $63 million as a result of lawsuits involving the price of thin film transistor liquid crystal display flat panels (“LCD Flat Panels”) purchased indirectly from the Defendants.
Entities eligible to submit claims and pursue money from the Settlement consist of Washington businesses (including healthcare organizations) that purchased devices containing LCD Flat Panels indirectly (not directly from any of the Defendants) for their own use and not for resale, anytime from January 1, 1998 to December 1, 2006, and resided or had headquarters in Washington at the time of purchase. Products containing an LCD Flat Panel during the relevant time period include most televisions referred to as LCD TVs, flat-screen monitors, notebook computers, color-screen cell phones (purchased beginning in 2004), and color-screen iPods.
