The lawsuits claim that the Defendants agreed to fix prices on tickets for air travel between the United States and Asia/Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands). As a result, ticket purchasers may have paid more than was necessary. 

If your business purchased an airline ticket for travel originating in the U.S. to Asia or Oceania and the purchase was made between January 1, 2000 and December 1, 2016, then you may be eligible to receive a cash reimbursement from the settlement.

Tickets must have been purchased from one of the following Defendants or alleged Co-Conspirators:

  • Air France, Air New Zealand, All Nippon Airways (“ANA”), American Airlines, Asiana Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways, China Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Lufthansa, EVA Airways, Japan Airlines (“JAL”), KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Korean Airlines, Malaysian Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Qantas Airways, Scandinavian Airlines System (“SAS”), Singapore Airlines, Swiss International, Thai Airways, United Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Virgin Atlantic Airways.

According to the official settlement notice, it is estimated that the average payment could be in the range of $8.50 per eligible ticket claimed.
